What kind of events do you build for?
Brand activations, product launches, live events, gallery openings, conferences, private parties, and corporate functions. If there's a crowd and a reason to create a moment, we can build it.
Do you provide the hardware?
We don't rent hardware, but we'll spec exactly what to rent, where to rent it, and how to configure it. For most activations that's an iPad Pro or a large touchscreen. We've done the same exercise enough times to know what works.
Does it use real AI?
When it makes sense, yes. Real-time image generation, scene compositing, or voice generation using OpenAI, Anthropic, and image generation APIs. Plenty of activations don't need AI, and we'll tell you when it's a gimmick versus a real feature.
What does an interactive experience cost?
Custom kiosks and activations typically land between $8K and $35K depending on AI complexity, number of devices, and event scope. We quote fixed pricing after a scoping call.
What happens if it breaks at the event?
We build for reliability first. Local fallbacks, offline support where possible, and remote monitoring on event day. We're reachable the entire time it's running, and for major activations we'll be on-site or nearby.
Can you also build the event microsite, RSVP, or post-event gallery?
Yes. Microsites, RSVP flows, supporters-group pages, and post-event photo galleries are regular add-ons. We can handle the full digital footprint of the event.
