WordPress Sites That Don't Feel Like WordPress.
Custom WordPress design, theme development, and migrations. Fast on mobile, easy for your team to edit, built to last. Serving Philadelphia and South Jersey.

What We Do
WordPress still runs about 40% of the web for a reason. It's cheap to host, easy to edit, and has a plugin for almost anything. The problem is most WordPress sites end up slow, bloated, and a pain to update. We build custom themes (no Divi, no page-builder sprawl) with clean code your team can actually operate. Block patterns for your content editors, proper schema for Google, and performance that won't embarrass you on mobile.

How We Build It
Plan
Content audit, sitemap, and a shortlist of the page types and blocks you actually need. No feature bloat.
Design
Visual design in Figma, then theme build. We design the block patterns around how you actually publish.
Migrate
We move content from your old site, clean it up, set redirects, and preserve your SEO ranking.
Launch
Deploy, security hardening, caching, backups, and a short training session so your team owns it.
Tools We Use
Common Questions
Why WordPress and not Squarespace or Wix?
WordPress gives you actual ownership. You can host it anywhere, export it, and hire anyone to work on it later. Squarespace and Wix lock you in. If you're sure you'll never outgrow a template, those are fine. If you want flexibility, WordPress still wins.
Do you use page builders like Divi or Elementor?
No. Page builders look easy up front but slow your site down and make future changes painful. We use the native WordPress block editor with custom block patterns built for your content. It's faster, cleaner, and your team learns the native WordPress editor, which is transferable.
Can you migrate my existing site?
Yes. We've migrated from Squarespace, Wix, Shopify, old WordPress themes, and static HTML. We preserve content, set up 301 redirects so you don't lose Google ranking, and test every page before launch.
What does a WordPress site cost?
Brochure sites with five to ten pages start around $6,500. More involved builds with portfolio templates, custom post types, or multi-location content land between $10K and $22K. Fixed pricing after a scoping call.
How long does it take?
Four to eight weeks for most projects. Larger sites with content migration and custom post types can go ten to twelve weeks. You'll get a weekly update so there are no surprises.
Do you host and maintain WordPress sites?
We don't host directly, but we'll set you up on WP Engine, Bluehost, or managed hosting and hand you the keys. We offer optional monthly care plans for clients who want someone handling updates, security, and backups.
Site built on WordPress but feels stuck in 2015?
Book a free scoping call. We'll audit what you have and tell you honestly whether it needs a redesign, a rebuild, or just a tune-up.
