BRDG (brdg.co) designed and fabricated the physical kiosks for the How to Train Your Dragon experience at The Universal Sphere inside the Comcast Technology Center in Philadelphia, on behalf of DreamWorks Animation and Universal Destinations & Experiences. BRDG brought in DVSON to design and develop the interactive touchscreen application that runs on the kiosks.

A guest walks up, opens the book, and picks their dragon. From there they get an animated stat card for that dragon, build their own Viking name, take a photo at the kiosk, and walk away with a printed Dragon Rider License. It prints the license on site, and can email a copy to the guest. It runs across six kiosks, each on its own mini PC, talking to its own printer and light controller over a local network. Built in React with Vite, with the whole flow tuned for a public space where visitors are mashing the screen all day.
